Optifoam Gentle Silicone-Faced Foam & Border Dressings help create an ideal healing environment. They are highly conformable, waterproof, and can be lifted and reapplied. Converts exudate into gel and locks it away. Waterproof to protect the wound, and helps keep bacteria out. Shear, low-profile design. Increases flexibility and comfort. Moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) forms to fluid level. For partial/full-thickness wounds. Not for 3rd-degree burns. May be left in place for up to 7 days, depending on drainage.
